DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SACKS FROM PLASTIC MATERIAL The invention relates to a device for producing sacks from plastic material according to the preamble of claim 1 and a method according to the preamble of claim 5. In the devices mentioned and in the methods mentioned, hot air sealing devices are used to seal cover sheets and / or valve labels on the preformed hose section made of plastic material. The air pressure and air temperature parameters required for the process are set and the machine started. These parameters often remain unchanged during the operation of the devices once they have been set. In particular, these settings are often retained regardless of the machine speed or the sealing area in the bag section. With ever increasing machine speeds, however, it is problematic to find the same setting of the process parameters (air pressure and temperature) for both low and high speeds, which cover sheets and / or valve labels seal on the preformed hose section made of plastic material, but not these burn. However, it is often not possible to change the air pressure and / or the air temperature quickly enough in accordance with the acceleration ramp. Especially when the machine slows down, the air temperature often cannot be reduced quickly enough. The object of the present invention is therefore to provide an apparatus and a method in which a reliable sealing of cover sheets and / or valve labels on tube sections is possible even at varying machine speeds, but without damaging them. The object is achieved by the features of claim 1. Advantageous refinements are specified in the dependent claims. Starting from a device according to the preamble of claim 1, the present invention is characterized by at least one device for supplying a cold air flow into the area between the preformed hose section and a cover sheet and / or a valve label or for supplying a cold air flow into the device for introducing the hot air flow in the area between a preformed hose section and a cover sheet and / or a valve label. In other words, it is provided that a stream of cold air is mixed with the hot air stream, whereby in particular the temperature of the hot air stream can be reduced. This is done either with an additional device directly into the sealing area, which is provided by the area between the preformed hose section and the cover sheet and / or the valve label, or is introduced into a component of the device for introducing the hot air flow. The difference between these two variants is that in the first case the hot air and the cold air mix in the sealing area, while in the second case the hot air and the cold air mix within the device for introducing the hot air flow and are introduced as an air mixture into the sealing area becomes. While the first variant is characterized by a simple structure, the advantage of the second variant is that locally very different temperatures are avoided within the sealing area. Under "cold air" or "cold air" is air with a temperature in the range of -100 degrees to 100 degrees Celsius. "Air" or "cold air" is to be regarded as a synonym for any gas or gas mixture. However, ambient air that has been cooled below room temperature is preferred. Hot air can also be any gas mixture, in particular ambient air. The plastic material that can be processed with devices and methods according to the invention is preferably a coated fabric, the fabric being stretched / 13th AT 16 643 U1 2020-04-15 Austrian patent office Plastic tape has been created. The base material for the fabric and / or for the coating is a polyolefinic material, in particular polypropylene and / or polyethylene. In particular, it is advantageous to provide the polypropylene fabric and the polyethylene coating. Nevertheless, the plastic material can comprise a nonwoven, a coated nonwoven or a plastic film. A plastic film can be multi-layered and include, for example, polyethylene. In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, a fast-switching air valve is provided in all variants of the invention, wherein “fast-switching” means a reaction time of the valve of less than 100 milliseconds (ms), preferably less than 50ms and in particular less than 20ms. In this case, it is possible to switch to colder air quickly enough in the start-up and set-up mode with a throughput time of more than 1000 ms per sack in the sealing area to avoid burning the plastic material due to excessive heat input. But even in normal operation, in which the lead time in the sealing area is 500ms or less, cold air can be added with pinpoint accuracy by using the fast-switching valve. This can make it possible to increase the temperature of the hot air again in order to enable a shorter throughput speed. A higher temperature is possible for the triangular pockets of a cross bottom, but fold edges of the bottom rectangle can be damaged, which can lead to the so-called edge break. This risk can be reduced by entering cold air in the area of the floor rectangle. In a further advantageous development of the invention it is provided that the hot air flow can be provided with fixed parameters, in particular with a fixed temperature and / or a fixed air pressure, in which the cold air flow can be blown. This makes it possible to provide the hot air flow with constant ratios in order to avoid a parameter variation which, as described at the beginning, is very slow. The necessary or desired temperature variations in the sealing area are then carried out by supplying an appropriate amount of cold air. A supply line for supplying cold air is preferably provided in the device for introducing the hot air flow between a heating device and the outlet nozzle of the device in order to allow a short path of the mixed air into the sealing area. Alternatively, however, it is also conceivable if, provided that the device for introducing this hot air flow is part of a device for generating a hot air flow and comprises a heating element, to arrange the cold air supply in the flow direction of the hot air flow before the heater. In this case, it is advantageous to operate the heater with constant power, since a change in the power of the heater is very slow. With a cold air supply at this point, the air that is supplied to the heater then has a lower basic temperature in comparison to the air without cold air supply, so that the final temperature after passing through the heater is also lower. The advantage of such an arrangement is the saving in terms of installation space in the vicinity of the sealing area, which is thus easier to reach. This is advantageous in the event of unforeseen problems, since the sealing area can then be reached by hand. It is also conceivable to replace the rotary valve with such a system. In the case of the "exhaust position", enough cold air is blown in to reliably prevent sealing. This embodiment is explained in more detail below. In a further embodiment of the invention it is provided that a compressed air source is connected upstream of the device for supplying a cold air flow. Such a compressed air source has in particular a pressure-increasing effect and can be configured as a pump or blower. It is thus possible to supply cold air to the sealing area with a pressure and / or a volume flow which is higher than that of the ambient air. In particular, a sufficiently rapid, in particular sudden, cooling of the air temperature in the sealing area is achieved in order to reduce the overall temperature in the sealing area. The compressed air source can also be operated in conjunction with a temperature control device in order to be able to change the temperature of the cold air in addition to the pressure or volume flow. This temperature control device can be used as a heater, in particular as 2/13 AT 16 643 U1 2020-04-15 Austrian patent office Resistance heating, and / or designed as a cooling device. With the invention it is also possible to use different sealing temperatures during the sealing of a single bag section, which is also conceivable at the maximum machine speed. If edge breakage is not to occur in the middle part of the sack, it can be provided that sufficient air is blown in by adjusting the air valve accordingly (pulse-width modulation) to lower the air temperature during this period. At the ends, the blowing in of cold air can be reduced in order to work again at a high temperature, for example to seal the triangular pockets. The above-mentioned object is also achieved by a method according to the preamble of claim 5, to which the steps of characterizing the same claim are added. Accordingly, in a method for producing sacks from plastic material, in which • a hot air flow is provided with a hot air unit, • with a device for introducing the hot air flow, this is introduced into the area between a preformed hose section and a cover sheet and / or a valve label, wherein the hose section and the cover sheet and / or the valve label are conveyed and placed on top of one another by means of conveying devices, provided that • with a device for supplying a cold air flow this is introduced into the area between the preformed hose section and a cover sheet and / or a valve label or • That a device for supplying a cold air flow introduces it into the device for introducing the hot air flow into the area between a preformed hose section and a cover sheet and / or a valve label. With this method, the same advantages are achieved that have already been described in connection with a device according to the invention. The features mentioned in the claims and in the description of the present patent application can each be essential to the invention individually or in any combination. In addition, advantages, features and details of the invention emerge from the following description, in which various exemplary embodiments are explained in detail with reference to the figures. In the context of the entire disclosure, features and details that are described in connection with the method according to the invention also apply, of course, in connection with the device according to the invention and vice versa, so that with respect to the disclosure of the individual aspects of the invention, reference is or is always made to one another can. Individual features, even if they have only been described or have been described in connection with further features, can also be essential to the invention in themselves. Therefore, such features are to be considered combinable with any other disclosed features. The individual figures show: Fig. 1 [0016] Fig. 2 [0017] Fig. 3 [0018] Fig. 4 [0019] Fig. 5 Side view of a first variant of a device according to the invention Side view of a second variant of a device according to the invention Side view of a third variant of a device according to the invention Side view of a fourth variant of a device according to the invention Representation of essential steps for the production of a valve sack from a piece of tubing. A device according to the invention can be seen in DE 195 02 255 C2, Figure 1, based device disclosed. When manufacturing sacks from coated plastic fabric hoses, several process steps are necessary, which will be explained later on 3/13 AT 16 643 U1 2020-04-15 Austrian patent office Figure 4 are explained in more detail. Appropriate workstations are to be provided in particular for connecting various components of the later sacks. Specifically, these are: a work station for applying valve labels, work stations for closing the bottoms and work stations for attaching bottom cover sheets that hold together or reinforce the bottoms of the bags. The use of workstations for applying the ground cover sheets can optionally be dispensed with. Further work stations are conceivable. In general, except for the workstation for applying valve labels, the workstations are carried out twice, so that the corresponding work can be carried out simultaneously on both ends of the tube pieces, which are generally conveyed transversely to their longitudinal axis. The number of workstations for inserting the valve sheets or hoses can deviate from this rule, depending on the desired number of valves. Figure 1 shows the side view of such a work station 1 in a device according to the invention, which is a work station for applying bottom cover sheets 3, 3 'on bags 2. The cross-conveyed bags 2 lie on a table 4 and are transported in the transport direction z by a suitable transport means, not shown in this figure. The floors that have already been laid are also placed on the level of the table. However, the invention is not limited to this, but rather the floors can also lie in a plane that is orthogonal to the plane that is spanned by the table plane. Via an inlet 5, the work station 1 is fed a web material 6, from which the bottom cover sheets 3, 3 'are separated. For this purpose, the leading end of the web material 6 is gripped and pulled forward by the cutting cylinder 7 and the conveyor belt 8 and cut transversely by the cutting device 9 integrated in the cutting cylinder 7 but not shown in detail. The resulting bottom cover sheet 3, 3 'is taken over by the suction cylinder 10 and placed on the bottom of the sack 2. The suction cylinder 10 forms a nip 12 with the impression cylinder 11. In this way, the bottom cover sheet 3 'is pressed onto the sack 2 with high force. In FIG. 1, part of the sack 2 with the bottom cover sheet 3 'lying thereon has already been guided through the nip. In the inlet area of the nip 12, a device 13 for generating a hot air stream is arranged, the hot air stream 18 of which is directed into the inlet side of the nip 12. The hot air causes the coating to melt both on the bottom of the sack 2 ’and on the bottom cover sheet 3’. As can be seen in FIG. 1, the coatings of the surfaces are melted or plasticized, which are brought together immediately thereafter. The surfaces are brought together with the still melted coating material in the nip 12, so that the coatings now form an intermediate layer, which can be regarded as homogeneous, between the bottom cover sheet and the bottom, which permanently bonds the above-mentioned components after cooling. Because of this process, the inlet area of the roll nip can be referred to as the sealing area. The cylinders 10 and 11 rotate in the direction of the arrows R and R '. The device for generating a hot air flow 13 initially comprises a hot air blower 20 as a central element, which comprises a blower with integrated or downstream heating means. Ambient air is sucked in via line 21, which can be designed in particular as a hose. An optional rotary slide valve 22, with which the hot air flow can be interrupted, is provided behind the hot air blower 20 in the conveying direction of the hot air. The hot air flow is redirected and released to the environment when it is not needed (i.e. in the periods when there is no sack in the sealing area). The rotary valve 22 can be spaced from the hot air blower 20 by means of a pipe section 23. The hot air stream now passes into a nozzle 24, which preferably spreads this hot air stream over the width of the bottom of the sack 2 and thereby focuses it specifically on the inlet area of the nip 12. In order to be able to implement a cold air supply, an opening can be provided in the nozzle 24 4/13 AT 16 643 U1 2020-04-15 Austrian patent office, into which a pipe 25 or hose supplying the cold air can open. This tube 25 or this hose can comprise a fast-switching valve 26 with which a cold air flow can be interrupted or passed through. Also shown schematically is a pump or blower 27, which is intended to put the cold air under a sufficiently high pressure so that after the quick-switching valve is opened, the cold air flow also directly reaches the inlet area of the nip 12, in order to mix the temperature of the Hot air flow. Not shown is a temperature control unit with which the temperature of the cold air flow can be influenced. In the further embodiment of the invention according to FIG. 2, the rotary slide valve 22 can be dispensed with, since sealing can now be suppressed with the cold air supply as well as with the discharge of the hot air due to the actuation of the rotary slide valve 22. Figure 3 now shows a variant of Figure 1, in which the tube or hose 25 does not end in the region of the nozzle 24, but is provided with its own nozzle 28. With this nozzle 28, the cold air flow can be introduced directly into the sealing area. This arrangement has the advantage that it can be retrofitted to existing machines. Figure 4 now shows a further embodiment of the device according to the invention, in which the hose or tube 25 opens into line 21 and thus supplies a cold air flow in order to be able to cool the supplied air flow from the environment. The resulting effect has already been described above. Figure 5 finally illustrates the steps for the formation of bottoms on the later sack 2, which is initially available as a piece of hose 40, the piece of hose by means of the transport device 41 to the individual stations with which the steps for forming floors on pieces of hose can be carried out are, is transferable. In illustration a), at least one end, preferably both ends, of the tube piece is pulled open, the upper layer being folded back along the bottom center line 42, so that the bottom rectangle 43 and the triangular pockets 44 form. In this illustration, the second fold edges 45 are drawn in with dash-dotted lines, around which the side flaps 46, 47, with which the regions beyond the second fold edges are designated, are folded over. In step c) and d), the side flaps 46 and 47 are folded around these second folded edges, which is preferably carried out at a slightly different time, so as not to cause any malfunction. An additional floor 48 has now been created. In step b), a so-called valve label 49 was previously attached to a triangular pocket, which later provides an opening for filling the finished sack. In the final step e), a cover sheet 50 is now attached to the bottom of the bag so that both side flaps are connected to one another and to the triangular pockets adjoining on both sides. The second, optional bottom 51 was produced in the same way and preferably simultaneously, but without inserting a valve. 5/13 AT 16 643 U1 2020-04-15 Austrian patent office REFERENCE SIGN LIST 1 Workstation 2nd bags 3, 3 ' Ground cover sheets 4th table 5 Intake 6 Web material 7 Cutting cylinder 8th Conveyor belt 9 Cutting device 10th Suction cylinder 11 Impression cylinder 12 Nip 13 Device for generating a hot air flow 20th Hot air gun 21 management 22 Rotary valve 23 Pipe piece 24th jet 25th pipe 26 Valve 27 fan 28 jet 40 Hose piece 41 Transport device 42 Floor center line 43 Rectangular base 44 Triangular pocket 45 Fold edge 46 Side tab 47 Side tab 48 Allocated soil 6/13 AT 16 643 U1 2020-04-15 Austrian patent office 49 Valve label 50 cover sheet 51 Second, optional floor R, R 'Z Direction of transport 7/13
